A wedding planner asked our experts to help get 60 VIP guests with lots of baggage to a high-profile wedding in India. The US-based passengers were flying into Agra and returning home from Delhi, with our help needed for their domestic travel to and from the nuptials in Udaipur. We set about finding a luxury charter solution with plenty of extra luggage space for the group’s bags.

Our office in India leveraged their industry contacts to source several upscale options for the group, securing a regional jet with a spacious, quiet cabin for both flights. As well as arranging bespoke catering on both flights, we were later able to upgrade the client to a larger aircraft at no extra cost for the return leg of the charter to Delhi.
One of our team met the group in Agra and personally accompanied the flight to Udaipur. Ahead of the return leg to Delhi, we worked closely with the operator to ensure it departed smoothly and helped passengers get to the correct terminal for their connecting flight
