As part of an incentive for 130 of their Chinese dealers and customers, a leading car manufacturer was arranging an exclusive party at a castle in Ibiza, followed by a visit to their head office in Stuttgart.
SOLUTION
First, we took the time to understand exactly what was needed, running through every detail of the trip, as well as what was expected by both the client and their customers.
Then, within a day, we provided a quote on a Boeing 737-800 based nearby in Poland. As well as the aircraft fitting all the client’s requirements and offering good value for money, our broker had flown with the operator himself, so could vouch for their exceptional service.
The flight went smoothly, and all the special finishing touches were appreciated by the client, their dealers and customers. Two days later, the whole operation was up and running again to fly the tired but happy travellers back to Germany in style.
