How would you describe your role?

My role is mainly about providing the best solutions for my clients, along with creating memorable charter experiences. But it’s also about helping create a great office environment for everyone working here at ACS.

What is the part of the role you enjoy the most?

It has to be the genuine relationships you create with some of the clients and the people you work with. But there’s also putting smiles on people’s faces and making a difference in their lives. Whether it’s helping an evacuation, transporting medical supplies, or organising a holiday or business trip that requires a lot of tailoring, I really enjoy making my clients happy.

How would you describe your role?

As a private jet broker, I always try to go above and beyond for my clients. My job is to make their flight more enjoyable and talk them through all the logistics so they understand exactly what is happening throughout their charter.

What is the part of the role you enjoy the most?

I get satisfaction from completing smooth and enjoyable charters for my clients. When problems do arise, I enjoy solving them quickly and efficiently. It gives me and my clients confidence that I’ll be there for them if something goes wrong in the future.

How would you describe your role?

As a broker specialising in group charters at ACS, solving problems and providing solutions for our customers is a major part of my role. For example, I was so proud to help thousands of Chinese people fly back home during the pandemic when all scheduled international flights were banned.

What is the part of the role you enjoy the most?

Every charter presents new challenges and requires different solutions. It’s this variety in my role that keeps me motivated.

How would you describe your role?

As the office manager, it is my job to maintain the daily office operations, take care of all the supplies we need, and ensure the office is operating smoothly.

What is the part of the role you enjoy the most?

The most enjoyable part of my job would be making my colleagues happy when they go to activities and events that I’ve helped plan, like seeing them laugh during 2021’s Christmas Junk Boat Party.

How would you describe your role?

From issuing invoices and paying operators to making sure everyone gets paid on time and approving expenses, I am the person who deals with the money for the APAC region.

What is the part of the role you enjoy the most?

What I like the most about working at ACS is the people. I really enjoy just hanging out with my colleagues and sharing a few laughs. I see them more like my friends than co-workers.

How would you describe your role?

As a broker in the private jets department at ACS, my job is to find quick solutions for our clients and keep them satisfied.

What is the part of the role you enjoy the most?

I enjoy looking back at a successful charter where the client has been happy with the work I’ve done for them. I also really like the relationships you can build with your clients in this role – I’ve even met some of them for a drink and a meal outside of work.

How would you describe your role?

My role is all about creating relationships. I would actually describe myself more as a friend to my clients and not just their broker. This way, you learn more about them and can anticipate their needs sooner, ultimately providing them with a better service.

What is the part of the role you enjoy the most?

I enjoy the mindset you need to be a private jet broker. We encounter a lot of challenges, but it’s about relishing these problems and finding quick solutions that separates us from our competitors. Being successful in these moments is what drives me, because you’re more likely to make the client happy, which means they’re more likely to use you again in the future.
